Deposits, Refunds & Cancellations
When you make a booking with us, we reserve a vehicle and driver/guide exclusively for your trip.
Most trips are planned and booked 6 to 12 months in advance and mainly for travel between March and October.
With this in mind, our Refund & Cancellation Policy strikes a balance between offering you good flexibility and helping us with our scheduling, avoiding vehicles and drivers being idle.
Cancellations made 12 weeks or more prior to your first booking date - 100% refund
Cancellations made less than 12 weeks and at least 8 weeks prior to your first booking date - 50% refund
Cancellations made Less than 8 weeks prior to your first booking date - 0% refund.
We will recoup any payments made on your behalf to hotels, golf courses, attractions, etc but there will be some situations where we cannot get a full or even partial refund. Please note any such forfeited amounts would be deducted from your refund total.
A 5% administration fee will be deducted from all refunds issued.
Unless otherwise stated all bookings must be secured with a minimum deposit of 25% - Your tour planner will be advise of the exact amount.
Your balance due date will payable up to 12 weeks before your booking commences.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
